We represent the main processor producers namely Clydesdale & Gold Cup (Blue Mountain Processors Limited), Mavis Bank, Moy Hall and Wallenford Coffee Company, as well as the two principal estates with export licenses, Clifton Mount Estate and RSW Estates.

Mavis Bank are part of the Jablum Group and are an old and revered name in Jamaican coffee. So too are Wallenford Coffee Company which used to be the Commercial Division of the Coffee Industry Board of Jamaica but are now independent of the CIB.  Mavis Bank maintain their pulpery and dry mill jointly in St.Andrews in the Blue Mountains.  Wallenford have their pulperies in the Blue Mountains and their dry mill close to Kingston at Tarentum which is the largest facility of its kind in Jamaica. Wallenford run their own farms but principally purchase cherries from independent farmers throughout the Blue Mountains as do Mavis Bank.

Clydesdalepp.jpg Although dating from the late 1700's, when the original farm was established by a certain Dr.Colin McClarty, Clydesdale are the new producers on the block.  Together with Mavis Bank they are now the largest exporters of Jamaica Blue Mountain - an impressive achievement in just a few years. They buy cherries from farmers throughout the Blue Mountains and have pioneered and introduced new forms of forward purchasing and extension services. Pulping is done in the mountains at their Clifton Mount facility.  The processing is undertaken at the Blue Mountain Coffee Processors Ltd. facility in Kingston, together with the coffee of Gold Cup, a smaller high quality regional Jamaica Blue Mountain producer, which we also represent.
Gold Cup is the brand name for the coffees from the farms Mount Lebanon Estate and Abbey Green Estate, owned by Dr Charles Lyn. The farms, situated at an elevation of between 1,150 and 1,365 metres, are located in the region of St Thomas Parish and have acquired an enviable reputation for consistent quality.

The above producers & processors control between 90 to 95 percent of the Jamaican Blue Mountain green coffee exports. We also represent two estates.

These are Clifton Mount Estate, which, although small in terms of volume, is the larger of the estates and RSW Estates.
